carries both "In-House Custom Built" and "Dell" computer systems. Our Custom
Built systems carry a 1-Year Warranty and Dell systems come with "3-Year
On-Site Repair/Replacement Warranties.

much Technical Support and Help will I receive?

CCCI provides
Unlimited Telephone and Email Technical Support with every system sold with 3
different locations to meet your needs! CCCI has a Full Service Technical
Support Staff that handles Technical Support only.

Do you
charge additional fees for Predictive Dialer Software Upgrades?

When you
purchase an Auto Dialer or Predictive Dialer system
you receive Lifetime upgrades! Unlike our competitors that will charge you
$500-$1000 per upgrade, you receive Multi-Messenger
upgrades for a full year!

your Multi-Messenger Dialer Systems Import different types of calling/dialing lists?

Every
Multi-Messenger Predictive Dialer system comes complete with our specialized and
user-friendly Import Wizard. Our Wizard allows you to Import ASCII, CSV, DBF,
Tab Delimited, Text Delimited,and many other data forms.

How
does your Auto Dialer and Predictive Dialer systems process the DNC call lists and removal requests?
|
Many
Competitors dialers come with small DNC storage capabilities. Our
Multi-Messenger systems will store up to 25 Million DNC numbers. All systems
also have complete and fully automated DNC removal requests by simply
allowing the party called to press the 9-key. Once a number is stored within
the master DNC list the Multi-Messenger continuously automatically scans the
list prior to dialing any new or existing dialing lists. Competitors systems
require you to "Scrub" each list individually!

Does
your system provide me with reporting features?
|
Our
Predictive Dialer systems come complete with reporting features. In most cases, we can also
customize reports to meet your individual requirements and our reporting
feature is easy to use.

Will
your system perform Live Call Transfers to outside numbers such as Cell
Phones or other remote locations and offices?
|
Yes! You
can select different numbers for "Live Call Transfer" for each and every line
you initiate. You can field all calls being transferred no matter where you
are. Many systems have extremely limited "Live Call Transfer" options. With
the Multi-Messenger you can also direct calls to your Inbound Voicemail to
further qualify your prospective clients!

Can I
upgrade my system after the initial purchase?

Absolutely!
Every system has the maximum capacity of 96 lines per system. This allows you
to start small and grow your system with your business.

Can I
control my system from Remote locations or while I am away from my office?
|
Yes you
can. CCCI utilizes many partner programs such as Cross
Connect, Remote
Administrator, and Log Me In to mention a few. Many customers strategically
place their systems at co-locations and then maintain them from alternative locations. Our
systems work well with many programs.
