Are Auto Dialers Illegal?

Local, Federal, and State Legislation has placed regulated restrictions and DNC Compliance Laws in place for Autodialing equipment. Please refer to our State Laws link for your area's regulations. Our courteous sales staff will also assist you with any questions you may have in regard to your location.

Is the Multi-Messenger systems DNC Compliant?

Absolutely! Each and every Auto or Predictive Dialer, Telephony product we offer has built-in Do Not Call compliance and FTC Compliancy.

Do your Auto or Predictive Dialer systems come with On-Site Installation, Setup, and Training?

Our complete product line comes with optional On-Site Installation, Setup, and Training. We have many different programs for "Plug and Play" systems as well as our "Full Service Program." Consult with our Sales Staff.

Are your Auto and Predictive Dialer Multi-Messenger systems Warranted?

CCCI carries both "In-House Custom Built" and "Dell" computer systems. Our Custom Built systems carry a 1-Year Warranty and Dell systems come with "3-Year On-Site Repair/Replacement Warranties.

How much technical support will I receive?

CCCI provides Unlimited Telephone and Email Technical Support with every system sold with 3 different locations to meet your needs! CCCI has a Full Service Technical Support Staff that handles Technical Support only.

Do you charge additional fees for Software Upgrades?

When you purchase an Auto or Predictive Dialer system you receive free Lifetime upgrades! Unlike our competitors that will charge you $500-$1000 per upgrade, you receive Multi-Messenger upgrades at no additional cost!

Does the Multi-Messenger come complete with Multiple Campaign features?

Our Multi-Messenger line of systems come with Multiple Campaign features which allows you to get the most out of your dialer system. For instance, if you have a 4-Line system, you may run 2 different scripts and campaigns.

Are the Dialing Boards Warranted?

All of our Multi-Messenger Dialer Solutions come with a no questions asked Lifetime Repair/Replacement Warranty. If diagnosis results in defective telephony boards we will replace them at no charge!

Is the Multi-Messenger Auto Dialer Outbound only?

Our Multi-Messenger Auto Dialer systems provide both Inbound and Outbound features. Outbound system capacity ranges from 2-96 lines. Inbound features include 10,000 Inbound Voicemail Boxes and Menu!

Does your Multi-Messenger Import different types of calling/dialing lists?

Every Multi-Messenger auto dialer comes complete with our specialized and user-friendly Import Wizard. Our Wizard allows you to Import ASCII, CSV, DBF, Tab Delimited, and many other data forms.

How does your system process the DNC call lists and removal requests?

Many Competitors dialers come with small DNC storage capabilities. Our Multi-Messenger systems will store up to 750,000 DNC numbers. All systems also have complete and fully automated DNC removal requests by simply allowing the party called to press the 9-key. Once a number is stored within the master DNC list the Multi-Messenger continuously automatically scans the list prior to dialing any new or existing dialing lists. Competitors systems require you to "Scrub" each list individually!

Does your system provide me with reporting features?

Our systems come complete with reporting features. In most cases, we can also customize reports to meet your individual requirements and our reporting feature is easy to use.

Will your system perform ?Live Call Transfers? to outside numbers such as Cell Phones or other offices?

Yes! You can select different numbers for "Live Call Transfer" for each and every line you initiate. You can field all calls being transferred no matter where you are. Many systems have extremely limited "Live Call Transfer" options. With the Multi-Messenger you can also direct calls to your Inbound Voicemail to further qualify your prospective clients!

Can I upgrade my system after the initial purchase?

Absolutely! Every system has the maximum capacity of 96 lines per system. This allows you to start small and grow your system with your business.

Can I control my system from Remote locations or while I am away from my office?

Yes you can. CCCI utilizes many partner programs such as PC Anywhere, Remote Administrator, and GoToMyPC to mention a few. Many customers strategically place their systems and then maintain them from alternative locations. Our systems work well with many programs.

How long has the Multi-Messenger been in existence?

Our Multi-Messenger systems first came to the marketplace in 1994, which makes CCCI the prominent Dialer Manufacturer. Our latest auto dialer version has been on the market since 1997 and is rock solid and stable.
