Due to these recent FTC regulations in the call center and telemarketing markets, Call Center Consulting, Inc assures all of our clients that ALL of our systems are fully compliant with these current regulations. All of our Agent dialers contain the following Compliance features:
- Abandon Rate or Dropped Call Ratio: Both our Agent Station Deluxe and Agent Station Pro models allow agents to manually select outbound dialing ratios as opposed to traditional Predictive Dialer systems where algorithms are pre-set and cannot be changed. These adjustable "On the Fly" manual agents will increase you agent's productivity immensely. Agent Station Pro models provide you with the ability to fine tune dialer settings and maximize your efforts.
- Abandoned Calls & Answering Machine Voicemail Options: Agent Station Pro allows (2) pre-recorded answering machine/voicemail messages that may be delivered upon detection. Your agent will have the option of clicking on and delivering (2) individual pre-recorded messages for delivery, depending upon the particular campaign you are using.
- Caller ID: The FTC has begun enforcement of originally postponed compliance with the Caller ID transmission requirements. You may no longer block your number from being displayed on called parties Caller ID. Your number can be displayed fully upon contact of the party being called.
- Do Not Call National List Management: Agent Station dialer systems come with (2) levels of Do Not Call (DNC) compliance settings. First, a master DNC list that applies to all campaigns being created as well as campaign specific DNC lists that will supplement the master list. Again, all of our systems and software are fully compliant to include manual DNC entry requests. Agent Station stores your lists permanently and required updates are also imported seamlessly. Agent Station checks the DNC lists prior to dialing outbound so no DNC numbers will appear in your outbound campaign. We also recommend you visit our DNC page for assistance.
- Disabling Compliance: Compliance features can be disabled or adjusted for projects that are subject to partial or no regulations such as companies calling existing client databases, market research, or political party polling and surveys.
- Reporting: Agent Station offers full reporting features for all campaigns. These reports are provided in printable version as well as real time viewable call logs. Each campaign provides visible call logs as well as interchangeable data within your contact management database. Reporting also includes complete DNC active lists.
