Founded originally in 1993 as Sole Proprietorship, Call Center Consulting began operations as Secure Quest Marketing, a customer oriented company with a vision to develop a very affordable  Predictive Dialer system solution. In 1997 Secure Quest Marketing evolved into Call Center Consulting, Inc., a much further advanced and Technological developed company in the Telephony/Voice broadcasting Industry.

Our staff's overall combined Predictive Dialer, Telecommunications, and Telephony Industry experience reflects over 50 years of dedicated service.
In the years that followed, Call Center Consulting, Inc. has been authorized Distributors/Resellers for many of our competitors for several different Auto and Predictive Dialer and Telephony applications. CCC has been fortunate to experience the many shortcomings and pitfalls such as poor Customer Service, Overpriced Systems, and lack of Technical Support for products. With these objectives in mind, CCC has developed several "Turn-Key Systems" that address the needs of the Professional Business community in all areas of Call Center and Telemarketing solutions for Inbound, Outbound, and Predictive Dialer designs. Thus, the phrase, "CCC Voice Messaging Systems By Designs" has evolved.

CCC consists of dedicated and trained employees and staff in Advertising, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Shipping, Technical Support, Installation, Setup, and Training that work together to provide our customers with satisfaction that is a key attribute of the company.

Growth has increased in the past 10 years at a tremendous rate and will continue to do so based upon the development and expansion of many new Predictive Dialers, Automated Dialers, as well as custom designed Telecommunications programs. We will be implementing a new Employee Page in the near future to acknowledge these dedicated individuals and staff.
Also, new products and services will be added to our web site to provide people with insight into voice messaging and telephony technology. We feel our many different types of Call Center systems currently available are the most cost effective form of advertising available today, PERIOD!
